Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or if the wrong product is delivered.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your product.
- Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, made-to-measure, or upcycled garments are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items bought during sales or discounts are non-returnable.
Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after inspection.
- For size concerns, complimentary alterations are offered if the product is shipped back by the customer.
Exchange
- Exchanges are applicable for standard-size products only and subject to stock availability.
- Shipping costs for exchange (to and fro) will be borne by the customer.
